Owner Timothy M. Condon, MA, CRC, CDMS, CCM, has 25 years experience working with L & I Workers Compensation claims; Andrea L. Nero-Jones, BS, VCM, Personal & Professional Coach, has also worked in case management for 13 years. Their combination of extensive professional experience working with self-insured employers and the Department of Labor and Industries has provided a strong base of knowledge, and a significant understanding of the Workers Compensation system as it applies to the vocational rehabilitation of injured workers.

In addition, CONDON · NERO, Inc. employs ten registered Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors who perform vocational case management with the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries and self-insured employers on a full-time basis. Each counselor also brings to the firm their own long term experience working within the State of Washington.
